Contest Rules and Details for the Wildlife Conservation Society Fundraiser / Quilt Giveaway

General - Contest is open from 9:00am EST on August 2nd to midnight EST on August 16th 2018. All entries must be made within this timeline. Contest is open to residents of any country.

How to Enter - 1. Donation to the Wildlife Conservation Society Canada's caribou campaign. Every donation of a minimum $25 CAD will be automatically entered into the draw. Donations that are over $25 CAD will have separate entry numbers assigned for each $25 CAD increment (for example a $100 donation will receive 4 separate entries into the draw). There is no limit to the number of donation entries per person. 2. Non monetary entries - posting on Instagram. You can post a photo of yourself on Instagram volunteering for a wildlife conservation organization to be entered in the draw. There is a limit of 1 Instagram entry per person. All entries must include the hashtag #wcsquiltfundraiser to be valid. Instagram accounts must be public accounts in order for the post to be visible and included in the draw.

Draw - Entry numbers from both donation entries and Instagram entries will be included together in the draw. An entry number will be chosen at random on August 17th using random.org. Winner will be contacted on August 17th.

Privacy - The Wildlife Conservation Society Canada and Lindsay Stead take privacy very seriously and will not be sharing any personal information. The only exception will be the winner's first name, city, state and country and/or the winner's Instagram account name, which will be made public. If you do not wish to share this information, you forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn at random.

Prize - The quilt pictured on the fundraising page will be shipped to the winner within two weeks of the draw. The winner must share their mailing address with Lindsay Stead for shipping purposes only.
